The day shall include a beautiful meditative Chao Dao Zen Tea Ceremony with Chajin Claire, Making your own Dreamcatcher with artist Marie Clare weaving the threads and prayers of your dreaming for 2025, Holding the Medicine Wheel and Sharing Circle with Winter Story and Poetry with Sonia Sophia
We shall be in a Beautiful converted barn with woodburner on private land with access to gardens under Carningli Mountain (The Mountain of Angels)
This is a wonderful Nurturing Day being held in the company of beautiful women on special land

An absolutely lush Autumnal Women's Wellbeing Day with Forager Jade Mellor and Storyteller Sonia Sophia journeying with the beautiful properties of Rosehip and Turkey Tail Mushroom.
We shall be in a Beautiful converted barn with woodburner on private land with access to gardens under Carningli Mountain (The Mountain of Angels)
The Day shall Include:
Making a Rosehip Oxymel (a syrup full of antioxidants)
Making a Turkey Tail Tea
Poetry with Storytelling Journey and Free Writing
Women's Circle
Foraging and connection with nature in a beautiful setting
This is a wonderful Nurturing Day being held in the company of beautiful women on special land
We are extremely grateful that this offering is supported by the OPEN to ALL fund and we are able to offer subsidised places to enable women to attend.
